سياسة الخصوصية
توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعامل تطبيق «الاسعافات الاوليه» («التطبيق» أو «نحن») مع المعلومات عند استخدامك له. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة هنا.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
صُمّم التطبيق ليُستخدم دون إنشاء حساب، ولا نطلب منك أي معلومات شخصية مثل اسمك أو عنوانك أو رقم هاتفك.
- المعلومات التي ترسلها إلينا: إذا تواصلت معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني، فإننا نستلم عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وما تختار تضمينه في رسالتك.
- البيانات المخزنة على جهازك: قد يحفظ التطبيق الإعدادات أو التقدم أو نتائج الاختبارات أو المفضلة محليًا على جهازك. تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك ولا تُرسل إلينا.

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- للرد على أسئلتك وملاحظاتك وطلبات الدعم.
- لإصلاح الأخطاء وتحسين التطبيق باستخدام بيانات تشخيصية مجهولة الهوية أو مجمّعة.
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجرها ولا نتاجر بها.
3. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية
التطبيق مخصص لأغراض تعليمية فقط، ولا يُعد بديلًا عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة أو التشخيص أو العلاج. استشر دائمًا طبيبًا أو مقدم رعاية صحية مؤهلًا بشأن أي حالة صحية.

4. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

5. خصوصية الأطفال
لا نجمع عن علم أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا (أو الحد الأدنى للسن المعمول به في بلدك). إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا معلومات شخصية، فتواصل معنا وسنقوم بحذفها.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
